Are shipping charges included in the price of my merchandise?
No, shipping charges are additional and will be added to your invoice before your order is shipped. You will be notified of the charges by e-mail.
Which carrier do you use to ship my order?
We ship by a variety of carriers depending on the destination address and the weight of the order.
Can I have my shipment expedited?
Yes. Just call our Customer Service Department at 1-812-442-0520 prior to placing your order. We will determine the additional charges and add them to your invoice.
What if I want to return an item?
To return any item please call our Customer Service Department to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. This number must be referenced on the shipping label and packing list of the returned goods. No returned goods will be accepted without a valid RGA Number. |
